The city was trying to explain the ordinance to them and they raised their voices.  Mike left the meeting before the council made a decision.

  1. Good to to see that a other people in Lawler are sick and tired of all the bull**** of the city council and the mayor. I know the city don’t ran the website but the let you and anyone know at my partners(Curran) talk to the mayor at his house and send thing to the council what going before last month council meeting because they couldn’t make it to the meeting because one them had a doctor’s appointment up in Minnesota(if there was one? There no minutes post on here for it.). So let the city know what did is not right because they got mad with other people and to came my partners example of what could happen. Also my partners didn’t know they were going to do this. My parents would of made it to this one if they knew to the mayor and council. I have told my parents what’s go on and are not happy about. (This comment goes with the last one I comment but in different.) I sorry you for the person that runs the website but they city need to read think before they yes to EVERYTHING.

    1. This site is not ran by the city of Lawler, however, I did just send the City Clerk this message, so they will see it. If you do have any questions, please call City Hall at 563-238-3614.

City Council meeting is held the first Monday of the month (observed holidays that land on that day, the meeting date is changed) you need 24 or 48 hour notice prior to that Monday to be placed on the agenda.

Please contact the City Hall and NOT this website. Thank you!
