The Blue Recycling totes are to replace the small blue recycling boxes. The blue recycling totes are to be used immediately. This was discussed at a public hearing in April. Yes, there is a recycling charge. If you would like your recycling picked up you need to use the big recycling totes! If you refuse the totes, you will not have recycling picked up!
